Genius Solution Introductory

the Genius solution introductory course consists of:

Introduction to the Genius solution plus end user facilities.
Data Dictionary.
Genius application development.
Integration of other modules (e.g. the programming level)

each of the above parts may be run and/or attended separately.

The first day of the course, aimed at the novice user, requires no Data Processing background. Programmers learning the Genius solution are recommended to also attend. The course covers the use of the menu system, and the construction of programs, using both the menu approach and "English Language" statements.

The Data Dictionary day of the course covers the use of the Data Dictionary Editor, Structure Editor and other facilities available to the user to build a comprehensive set of dictionary definitions or data structures.

The applications development day of the course covers the use of the Genius solution Data Dictionary, basic file design, and the construction of data maintenance programs, menus, screens, etc..

The last day of the course covers the use of applications skeletons, the tutorial system and other facilities and explains the relationship of the Genius solution modules. It also introduces the Advanced programming syntax.
