This site was designed to be viewed using Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or later (tested on 4.0, 5.0, 5.5 and 6.0). It has also been tested on Netscape Navigator 7.1, Mozilla 1.5 and Opera 7,51 (as IE6).
Netscape 4 users are recommended to upgrade to a more standards-compliant browser: although some effort has been expended in making the site display correctly for them, limited functionality will be demonstrated in some areas. Version 3 browsers do not correctly handle XML-related processing instructions "<?....?>" but should otherwise display the basic site.
